ABOUT REGISTRATION

How do I register my child? - Register by downloading and mailing a copy of the registration and health forms or email us at newhorizonsmin@aol.com.

We accept payments via Chase Quick Pay. The payments can be submitted via Chase Quick Pay by using our email address (Newhorizonsmin @aol.com)

How soon should I get my registration form in? - Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50 per child is included. Final camp fees are due 3 weeks before the start of camp. Once full payment and all completed medical forms and immunization records have been received your child's attendance is secure.
 
What should I do if I find out I cannot attend my camp session? -
 Please notify the camp immediately if you are unable to attend. We do keep waiting lists, and this can allow someone else to attend camp.

What about medications and health forms? -state regulations prohibits children at camp without required health forms- see health form package for all information
 

 Who makes up the staff?- All trained volunteers. Our volunteers have a love for the Lord, love young people and have a deep desire to impact their lives for Christ. All volunteers are carefully screened in accordance with state law. background checks are completed on our entire volunteer staff. Our volunteers are a tremendous blessing to New Horizons, they provide a safe, secure and enjoyable experience every year for your children.
